Avantika Singhal is studying Comparative Literature at Trinity College Dublin. Ever since her first book of poetry, Golden Hour, was released, she has understood the power of not only words but also pictures. Hence, she captured this picture of a stranger immersed in his phone right in the heart of Temple Bar. This shot was taken on a drunken night, but are we seriously complaining if this visual highlights how enslaved we are to technology? Food for thought.
